]]> Atlanta is just coming out of our flood.  What a week of rain!  We have umbrellas everywhere from the closets to garage to cars (heck-we sell them), but there is always a favorite.  I love large square umbrellas, because it allows for the husband to stay dry as well.  No matter the size of the umbrella my wife is always dry, but not always the case with me.  Check out this picture from the AJC showing the flood and my favorite Shedrain umbrella.  No this is not El Deflecto pictured.  I wear a cape.  Signal your favorite marketing superhero on how to brand umbrellas for your employees or clients.

Shop is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise so we qualified to exhibit at the national WBENC Women In Business Show that took place in Atlanta June 2008.  The two items we gave away were mini nail files that had a full color superhero logo with a mirror on the back.  While it was a women’s show, we knew there would be attendance by men as well so we didn’t want to exclude anyone.  So our other tie in was related to Georgia.  And what does Georgia have? BUGS! We gave away a travel size bug spray which we branded as Villain Defense, also a large full color label so we could share loads of information about The P.O.P.
